"Paid for parking and still got towed"
I parked, paid like I was supposed to, and somehow still came back to find my car had been towed. Trying to get help was just as frustrating as the tow itself. Everyone I talked to seemed more interested in pointing fingers than actually fixing anything, and the emails I got back felt like they were written by robots just copying and pasting the same useless response. In the end, I was stuck with a bunch of fees and no real explanation. It really feels like they’ve made the system confusing on purpose so it’s easy to mess up and expensive when you do.

This worked exactly like it was supposed to, which somehow feels rare these days. I showed up, my reservation was there, and the spot was ready. No awkward back-and-forth, no “we can’t find your booking,” no hassle. Just pulled in and got on with my day. That’s all I wanted.

"Confusing signs made it more stressful than it needed to be"
The parking itself was fine, but the signage really wasn’t helpful. I felt kind of pressured because I was trying to get parked quickly, and I ended up driving around twice just to figure out where to enter and which lot matched the app. The payment instructions were also a bit unclear, especially when you’re in a hurry. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it was definitely annoying and could be marked a lot better.

"Easy parking for the event"
i mean, parking downtown for an event can be a hassle, but using Premium Parking was actually really easy. The signs were clear, getting in and out didn’t take too long, and the staff helped point cars in the right direction. It made the night way less stressful, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Lighting was okay, but I didn’t feel fully confident after paying"
I used Premium Parking at night, and the lighting was kind of uneven. Some parts of the lot were bright enough, but a few areas felt way too dark, especially when I was walking back to my car. After I paid, I started second-guessing whether it was worth it because the place didn’t feel as secure as I expected. Nothing bad happened, but I’d definitely feel better if they added more lights or fixed the dim ones. Overall, it was just an average experience.

"Access hours were kind of a hassle"
I booked this thinking I’d be able to use it when I needed, but the access hours ended up being limited and, at least to me, not very clearly explained. It unfortunately didn’t really work out for what I needed, so it felt like a bit of a waste. Frustrating overall...

I booked through Premium Parking for a downtown trip and it was easy. The wheelchair accessible spot was close to the entrance, the signs were clear, and I didnt have to keep circling around forever. The app showed me the info I needed before I even got there too. Small thing maybe, but it made my day way less stressful.

"Clean lot, easy parking"
I used Premium Parking for a downtown lot last weekend, it was, you know, clean overall. Nothing fancy or anything, but for a parking lot, it felt totally fine.
There wasn’t trash lying around, and the spaces didn’t feel gross or sketchy, which I definitely appreciated. The stairs could’ve used, like, a quick sweep or something, but it really wasn’t a huge deal.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the lot was tidy and simple to use, and yeah, it made the whole parking situation easy. I just wish the signs were a little easier to spot when you’re pulling in.

"I parked during peak time and expected..."
I parked during peak time and expected to be sitting there forever, but the line kept moving steadily, the gate was a little slow for a minute but nothing too frustrating, and before I knew it I was already out and on my way.

I booked a downtown spot through premiumparking.com and it was actually solid. The lot was bright enough and I noticed cameras around, so I wasn’t as stressed about leaving my car there at night.
The booking part was quick too, which I appreciated since I didn’t have to deal with a pay machine or stand around. Got back late and my car was fine. I’d park there again.

"Lot felt way too far away"
Maybe it’s just me, but the lot felt really far from where I needed to be. It wasn’t very convenient, and the walk felt like it took forever.

Well... I’ve used premiumparking.com a few times when I was downtown, and every time there was actually space available. It made the whole parking situation way less stressful, it was easy to use.

"No Surprise Fees"
I liked that the prices were easy to see before I paid, and the extra fees were clearly listed too. It wasn’t the cheapest parking I’ve ever used, but at least there were no random surprises at checkout, which I really appreciated. that kind of transparency made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful.

"Pretty reliable for monthly parking"
I’ve been using this for monthly parking and it’s been solid so far. My spot is always there when I need it, which makes life a lot easier. I kind of wonder if they keep things better organized for monthly users, but either way, it’s been a dependable setup for me

"Easy lot to get in and out of!"
I used premiumparking.com for a downtown lot it was easy to deal with. The spaces were clearly marked, and I didn’t have to make any weird tight turns or anything. There was plenty of room to back out too, which I always worry about! Super simple in and out, no stress.

"Polite, but something felt a little off"
The attendant was nice enough, but they seemed rushed and didn’t really explain much. Maybe it was just a busy day, but it kind of made me wonder if they’re told to keep things moving fast so nobody asks too many questions.

"Roomy spots made parking easy"
I used Premium Parking last weekend and was happy with the spot I got. The space was actually roomy, which was such a nice change from those garages where you have to squeeze out of your car like a contortionist.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that the lines in my row were a little faded, so it took a second to line things up. But overall, the spot size was great and parking was super easy.
